Join us for a trip to visit Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) to learn how to do contracting and R&D with the third largest naval base in the world and one of Indiana’s largest high-tech employers with over 2,000 scientists, engineers and technicians. We’ll meet with NSWC Crane personnel, the Indiana Innovation Institute (IN3), the Purdue@Westgate community and other defense contractors and development organizations in southwest Indiana.
During the trip we will learn from Crane personnel how to do business with Crane and how to leverage Crane’s intellectual property and R&D and testing capabilities. We will also explore the new Federal cybersecurity standards, regulations and compliance requirements. More importantly, however, we will have the opportunity to develop critical relationships with NSWC Crane, IN3, Purdue@Westgate and other southwestern regional defense industry members.
